What Is Find My Look?
Find My Look is a free feature on RentNShine that lets you describe the outfit you want, or upload a photo of it. The RentNShine community of individual lenders and boutiques then sends you listings that match it.
Think of it as a personal stylist backed by a whole marketplace. You don’t need to know the right search words or keep checking for new stock. You describe the look once, and the matches come to you.
It works for bridal and festive wear for women, men and kids. That includes lehengas, shararas, ghararas, sarees, sherwanis, prince coats, waistcoat suits and more. So whether you need a bridal dress on rent in Pakistan, a lehenga on rent in Lahore, or a sherwani on rent for the baraat, it is the easiest way to find a bridal outfit you have only seen in a photo. How Find My Look Works, Step by Step
The whole form takes a few minutes, and only one field, your city, is required.
Describe the look
Choose women, men or kids and pick the outfit type, such as Lehenga or Sherwani. Say whether you want to rent, buy, or either. Upload up to 3 photos. A screenshot from Instagram or Pinterest is perfect.
Add the details
Pick the occasion (Mehndi, Baraat, Walima, Nikkah, Eid and more), your size, colours, the date you need it by, your city and a budget range. Skip anything you’re unsure about.
Tell us where to send matches
If you’re new, sign up with just your name and email. You get a 6-digit code by email, so there’s no password to create.
The team reviews your look
A RentNShine stylist checks it, writes a short caption, and removes any personal details before it goes live.
Sellers get notified
RentNShine sellers get a phone notification, and your look can appear on the public “Looks people are searching for” board.
Matches arrive
When a seller taps “I have this” and links a listing, you get notified. You see every match in your dashboard.
Rent or buy as usual
Message the seller, then check out through RentNShine like any other order. When you’ve chosen, mark your look as “Found it here”.

Upload up to 3 inspiration photos in JPG, PNG or WebP. Screenshots are welcome. They are labelled “Inspiration photo”, so nobody mistakes them for a listing.
Rent, Buy or Either
Tell sellers whether you want to rent for the day or buy to keep. Choosing “Either” gives you the most matches.
Answers Saved as You Go
The form saves your answers on your device. If you reload or lose signal halfway, your look is still there when you come back.
No Password Needed
New users sign up with a name and email and confirm with a 6-digit code. Existing RentNShine customers simply sign in.
Reviewed by a Stylist
A real person checks every look and writes a clean caption, such as “Red bridal lehenga · Walima · Lahore · Size M”. They also hide contact details and spot duplicates.
Your Identity Stays Hidden
Your name, photo and contact details are never shown publicly. Visitors see only the photos and caption. Your budget and description are visible only to signed-in members.
Sellers Come to You
Sellers get a phone notification once your look is live. They can link an outfit they already list, or list a new one. Each seller can send up to 3 options per look.
Only Live Outfits Count
A match appears only once the seller’s listing is approved and live on RentNShine. You won’t be sent outfits that aren’t really available.
Track Every Look
See each look’s progress: submitted, under review, live, Matched. View every match with the seller’s note and message the seller directly.
Share on WhatsApp
Each look has its own page with a share button. Send it to friends and family who might have the outfit, or know someone who does.
Log Your Look on WhatsApp
Prefer chatting? Describe your look to the team on WhatsApp. They log it and send you a link to your matches, no account needed to view them.
A Public Board of Looks
The Find My Look board shows what shoppers are searching for, plus recently Matched looks. They stay on the board for 14 days as proof the feature works.

Limitations and How to Work Around Them
No feature is perfect. Here is what to know before you start, and what to do about each one.
Matches aren’t guaranteed
It depends on whether a seller has something similar. Tip: choose “Either” for rent or buy, and widen your colour and budget.
It isn’t instant
Every look is reviewed by the team before sellers see it. Tip: start at least 2 to 3 weeks before your event.
New listings need approval
If a seller lists a new outfit for you, it appears after approval. Tip: check your dashboard. You are notified when it goes live.
Looks expire
A look stays live for 30 days, or until the day after your needed-by date. Tip: start a new look if you still need one.
Your photos may be public
Inspiration photos can appear on the public board. Tip: use screenshots that don’t show your face or contact details.
Posting limits
Up to 3 looks can await review at once, and 5 new looks a day. Tip: put your most important look first.
Personal accounts only
Business accounts can’t post looks. Tip: boutiques can still reply to looks as sellers.
Website only for now
Find My Look isn’t in the RentNShine mobile app yet. Tip: use the website in your phone’s browser.
Exact designer copies are rare
Sellers send the closest match, not always the exact piece. Tip: describe what matters most, such as the colour or cut.
